The Special Art V cards of the aforementioned Gen 1 Eeveelutions, were controversially cut from the Evolving Skies set. Not only will you get the Special Art V cards, but also the matching Special Art VMAX cards of Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon. These VMAX promos are limited lottery promos in Japan (3000 sets only), and we are getting these cards in a box in English language.
