“You” refers to the user or visitor of our website.

We are not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or connected with The Pokémon Company International, Inc. (TPCi) or any other official Pokémon organisation.

TridentCards operates independently as an online trading card store, selling official Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other TCG products. All trademarks, logos, images, and content belong to their respective owners and are used only where publicly available.

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

  • Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are available and ready to ship.
  • Order status will remain “Processing” until dispatch, at which point you will receive confirmation.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout.
  • All pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation. If stock is insufficient then we may cancel later orders, or attempt to source stock from alternative suppliers.
  • Due to high volumes of automated (“botted”) cancellations, payment processing fees will be deducted from refunds.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before dispatch (fees may apply).
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact Us page or by email at: info@tridentcards.co.uk

Payment Processing Fees

  • If you cancel an order (including accidental purchases or change of mind), payment processing fees charged to us by Shopify will be deducted from your refund.
  • If we cancel your order due to stock issues, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
