We are in NO way affiliated, sponsored or connected to the “Pokémon Company International, Inc” (TPCi) or any other official body relating to Pokémon.
We (TridentCards) are a separate businesses, operating solely as a independent “Trading Card Store” (Online) – To which we sell Official Pokémon/Yu-Gi-Oh and Other TCG Merchandise. We only use content which is publicly available online, all logos, names, characters and images are property of their respective owners.

Pre Orders
When Placing Pre-order you agree to the following checkout conditions.
- For any orders placed that contain any pre-order items, we will hold this order and set the order status to “processing” until everything is ready to ship. When everything is ready to dispatch you will then receive an email informing you that your order is on its way, thus changing your order status to “complete”.
- When placing an order with us, we will always secure the funds at the checkout.
- All Pre-orders a subject to allocations, In an event where we are not cannot enough stock to fulfil everyones order we will have to cancel the latest orders or we will try and source the product from another 3rd Where you will be notified of this change
Cancellations
You are within you right to cancel any order placed atleast 24 hours before we ship the product. All cancellations must be done in writing, you can either do this on “Contact us” or email directly at tridentcardslimited@gmail.com
UPDATE MARCH 2021
Due to the volume of people cancelling unwanted to orders we are now charging our transactional fees for either change of mind or unwanted order. Fees Card transactions are charged at 5%
If we, Tridentcards, cancel your order due to stock availability then this will not be subject to any claw backs. you will receive the full amount.
