Returns Policy

If your item is undamaged, unopened, and unused in its original packaging exactly as received, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• You are responsible for return postage costs.
• You must ensure the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after we receive and confirm the returned item.

Please note that refunds for returned orders will be issued minus the Shopify processing fee.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide an appropriate resolution at no cost to you.

Damaged Cards in Blind Packs (e.g. Booster Packs)

If a card inside a sealed pack is damaged, we can only replace the sealed booster pack, not individual cards contained within it.

Pre-Orders & Unfulfilled Orders

You may cancel any pre-order or unfulfilled order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.

Please note that refunds for cancelled orders will be issued minus the Shopify processing fee.

Order Issues & Manufacturing Faults

If we have made an error with your order or your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@tridentcards.co.uk

Many manufacturing faults can be resolved directly with the manufacturer. However, if a return is required, we will cover return postage costs up to the value of standard shipping.
